An Insight into the APT Methodology

Course Objectives

The aim of this one day course is to provide a practical insight into the structure of the APT Methodology by a series of presentations, discussions and PC based exercises. The course encourages students to consider how the Methodology can be applied within their own organisation and provides an insight into the components of the Methodology, demonstrating the relevance to both their IT and non-IT related projects.

Exercises demonstrate how the APT Methodology can be used to plan and manage projects in an effective and repeatable manner. The participants are exposed to the different sections of the methodology using case studies and examples relating to real life projects.

At the completion of the course, participants will have the knowledge of the tools and methods that they can access for effective project management.
