This one day mentoring exercise is designed to provide an 'external view' of your project advising on areas that can better

decisions need to be made. The APT Health Check provides good corporate governance by helping to ensure you are employing the

APT Project Kickstart
The Project Execution Plan (PEP) is the single most important document in your project, gaining buy-in and commitment for your
key stakeholders while identifying the risks, responsibilities and deliverables critical to your project's success. Our Project Kickstart
exercise guides you through the process of creating your PEP using a mixture of workshop facilitation and one-on-one mentoring.
The Project Kickstart helps you review and define key project issues such as individual and team responsibilities, communication and
inter relationships, reporting needs and mechanisms, quality requirements and many other areas that are often missed or wrongly assumed.
Depending on the size of your project and the number of people involved, this usually comprises an initial project briefing, a four hour
workshop followed by a three hour review session.
APT Customising

APT Customising begins by collecting and reviewing your current best practice assets, a valuable exercise in itself. Once the existing
