A Practical Insight Into the APT Methodology
Course Objectives
The aim of this two day course is to provide a practical insight into the structure of the APT Methodology by a series of presentations, discussions and PC based exercises. The course encourages students to consider how the Methodology can be applied within their own organisation and provides an insight into the components of the Methodology, demonstrating the relevance to both their IT and non-IT related projects.
Students gain hands-on experience in using the APT Methodology to plan and manage their projects in an effective and repeatable manner. The exercises demonstrate the use of the Methodology throughout a major project, from initial planning and feasibility, through to implementation and review. Particular emphasis is placed on existing or future projects at the students workplace.
