Who we are

APT Systems was founded in 1998 following the management buyout of a division of a large Australian systems engineering and consulting firm. Our core product, the APT Methodology has been used by government and commercial information systems departments for over 25 years to help bring a structured framework and proven methods to their projects. Originally released on paper, the APT Methodology has evolved to become a powerful web based tool available entirely over the Internet known as APT Online, APT Professional, and APT Corporate.

The APT Methodology is aligned with the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBok), now an ANSII Standard, ANSI/PMI 99-002-2000.
